5. Description of Services

Our Services include the offerings listed in Natural Nails (manicures and pedicures), UV Gels, Acrylic Nails, gel polish/acrylic removal, French tips, paraffin hand wax, ombre, Facial Services, Waxing (all forms), Lash enhancement, brow laminations. You understand and agree that:

  • All services carry some risk, including allergic or sensitivity reactions to products, adhesives, tints, or waxes; skin irritation; nail bed or cuticle injury; infection; and unintended damage to natural nails or lashes.
  • Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Wear and retention of nail enhancements, gel polish, and eyelash extensions depend on your natural nail or lash growth cycle, daily activity, and home care, and are outside our control.
  • Brow lamination and tinting results depend on your natural hair texture and growth pattern, and typically fade over several weeks.
  • Fill-ins, refills, and touch-ups are separate services and are not included in the price of an initial service unless explicitly stated.
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results or cause complications.

6. Booking, Payments, Deposits & Fees

6.1 Deposits

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your final balance unless you violate cancellation policies.

6.2 Payment Terms

If you are dissatisfied with a service, contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with wear time, color retention, shape, breakage, or aftercare-related complications.

We reserve the right to refuse service if you present a contraindication, including but not limited to active infection, open wounds, nail fungus, recent sunburn, or use of medication that makes a service unsafe.

11. Limitations of Liability

  • Allergic or sensitivity reactions to products, adhesives, tints, or waxes
  • Lifting, chipping, breakage, or premature loss of nail enhancements or gel polish
